The first FERRARI BOXER was briefly presented 1971 as FERRARI 365 GT4/BB before the initialization automobile of the salon of turin and 2 years later in production was taken.

With its 12 cylinders central engine it broke through the tradition the large FERRARI, which had up to then a V12 front engine.

Only 929 pieces by these carburetors version were built. The FERRARI 512 BB is considered therefore as a particularly popular piece of collecting tank with today again good future prospect.

The FERRARI 512 BB KING SPECIAL shown here is in very good condition. The modified heckpartie is very salient in connection with a clear chassis widening. Cannot natural be argued about taste. At its time the car was very desired in this exciting optics. This FERRARI 512 represents therefore also a certain time epoch and is therefore a special rare piece.

1976 were revised the FERRARI 512 BB and introduced with one on 5 l extended capacity.
The new FERRARI 512 BB was characterised by a larger track width, increased external dimensions and broader tires.

1981 instead of the webers three-way carburetors the Bosch fuel injection K Jetronic and Michelin TRX tyres were introduced. The new version received the designation 512 BBi, i.e. with gasoline injection.
